The First Couple Softball Games

I thought that when it came to softball, I would like to be a pitcher. I was wrong. I am going to pitch sometime but I thought that I would be better at it because I did some clinics for pitching over the winter. After the first game I discovered that I am more of a batter than a pitcher. I really love batting, it is probably one of my favorite things to do. I am excited to pitch too. I hope I do somewhat good though because I know how frustrating it is to have a pitcher pitching to you that can't pitch. I really hate getting walked too. I think that it is more fun to have the ball in play because if the pitcher is walking everyone then it is just the batter standing there doing nothing, it is also EXTREMELY boring to be in the field when a bad pitcher is up and is not throwing strikes. I really enjoyed our first game. I liked it more than the second one even though we lost. I liked it a lot more because it was a lot more competitive. I got the biggest hit in the game too. But that is not why I thought that it was the most fun. I really enjoyed it because I got to know my teammates better and we just had a great time in the dugout cheering!!!!! It was so fun!
